Lutz-Philipp Lange founded RREM GmbH in 2013, in association with the owner-managed Rohrer Group. The business was rebranded as LP Lange Real Estate Management GmbH (LP Lange REM) in 2019. He previously held management positions at companies including Polares REAM, LNR Partners Germany, Hudson Advisors Germany and Deutsche Immobilien Leasing.

As qualified banker, he also holds a law degree and a MBA in Real Estate Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) in Berlin. Lutz-Philipp Lange concentrates on the office, retail and residential asset classes. He is also experienced in dealing with distressed assets and non-performing loans.
